These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at dryeasemoldremovalnyc.com (the “Website”), operated by Dry Ease Mold Removal (“Dry Ease,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Dry Ease Mold Removal

Dry Ease Mold Removal is a family-owned, licensed and insured mold remediation and water damage restoration company serving New York City and the surrounding Tri-State area, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Westchester County, Nassau County, New Jersey, and Connecticut. 2. Informational Purpose of the Website

The content on this Website is provided for general informational purposes about our services and about mold, water damage, and related topics. It is not professional, medical, legal, or environmental advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for a professional evaluation of your specific property or situation. Every property is different, and the presence, cause, and appropriate treatment of mold or water damage can only be determined by an on site evaluation.

3. No Guarantee of Results Through the Website

Information on the Website, including descriptions of our services, processes, and general pricing ranges, is provided to help you understand what we do. It does not constitute a quote, a contract, or a guarantee of any particular outcome. Actual scope, pricing, and timelines are determined after an on site assessment and are governed by a separate written service agreement.

4. Emergencies

If you are experiencing an active water emergency or another urgent situation, do not rely on the Website contact form for an immediate response. Please call us directly at (877) 215-8399. Submitting a form or email does not create an emergency service request and does not guarantee a specific response time.

5. Estimates, Assessments, and Service Agreements

Requests submitted through the Website are inquiries only and do not create a binding agreement for services. Any services we provide are subject to a separate agreement between you and Dry Ease Mold Removal that sets out the scope of work, pricing, and terms for that project.

Under New York Labor Law Article 32, mold assessment and mold remediation on the same project must be performed by separately licensed entities. Where a formal mold assessment is required, we coordinate with an independent licensed mold assessor.
